Teacher Requirements
• A Native-English speaker, preferably with a North American accent.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
• A current passport.
• A minimum one-year commitment.
• An outgoing, dynamic and creative personality.
• A love of children, and the ability to make them laugh.
• Ability to get along and work well with others.
• A willingness to become expert in Schoolhouse's curriculum, teaching methodologies and policies.
• A willingness to become an expert in English-language phonics and grammar. (Go to Teacher Proficiency Test to test your current level of expertise now.)
• A willingness to follow our dress code.
• No illicit drug or alcohol problem. (In Taiwan, those who possess illicit drugs may be imprisoned; those who distribute them may be executed.)
